Dear Dr.Christian Blüthner-Haessler:
尊敬的克里斯蒂安-博兰斯勒-海斯勒博士

    Hope you’re well. Recently, our association has received the mobile messages sent from music retailers that BVK released the name lists of Chinese piano manufacturers that produce fake pianos in the name of Germany brands. (Please refer to the attached Chinese version) China Musical Instrument Association requests your kind attention to confirm that whether BVK has released such kind of formal statement or not in your website?
      最近我们协会收到来自乐器零售商的信息说BVK发布了制造假德国品牌钢琴的中国钢琴制造商的名单(请参看中文附件), 中国乐器协会请求你们确认BVK是否在你们的官网上发布了这种正式的声明?

      As we have browsed your website and just found the name list of those certificated enterprises, however, we did not find any other information concerning with this matter. Therefore, we would like to know if BVK released the message, or the message was released by some individual enterprise or any music retailer.
      我们浏览了你们的网站, 只是发现有资格认证的企业名单, 然而我们并没有发现任何与此相关的其他信息。因此，我们很想知道BVK是否发布过这个信息，或者这个信息是由独立的企业或零售商发布的?

      Our association firmly supports the reputation of German-made pianos. At the same time, as the brand and origin of prodts are complex issues, we should also differentiate the original German-made pianos from German piano brands that are produced by way of acquisition or OEM).
      我们协会坚定地支持德国制造钢琴的声誉。同时，因为品牌和原产地是比较复杂的问题, 我们应该将德国原产钢琴和公司并购或贴牌德国品牌钢琴区分开来。

    On one hand, CMIA would like to positively involve in your anti-fake market campaigns to maintain the legal rights and interests of German piano manufacturers, while on the other hand, we should also respect and safeguard the rights and interests of those legitimate Chinese enterprises that produce foreign piano brands.
       一方面，中国乐器协会愿意积极支持参与你们的打假行动, 维护德国钢琴制造商的声誉喝利益，另一方面，我们应该尊重和保护那些合法生产外国品牌的中国企业的权利和利益.

      Dear Zeng Zemin,尊敬的曾泽民先生

    Thank you very much for your kind email which I´m delighted to respond to. Thank you very much also for the ongoing support of your organization to help to build this transparency in order to develop growing consumer confidence into the piano market.
       非常感谢你的Email， 我非常乐意回复。 同时非常感谢你们为建立消费者对钢琴市场的信心的一贯支持.

      Indeed it is our intention to develop a better transparency for consumers about the origin of instruments offered to customers. There is of course quite a confusion if so many instruments are sold with German , English or other European brand name often labeled with product of Germany, German technology or anything alike.
      的确，我们的目的是让消费者更为透明的了解乐器真实的原产地。如果许多乐器打着德国、英国或者其他欧洲品牌的名字出售，并贴上德国制造，德国技术等等类似的标签，当然会造成混乱.

      This facts along with half or untruth information to distributors has coursed a dangerous level of confusion and mistrust which has affected consumer confidence already.
      事实上散布一些或很多不真实的信息就会最终导致消费者极大的混淆和不信任。

    In order to help to rebuild that confidence the BVK has introduced the BVK Certificate of Made in Germany. All certified brands manufacture the pianos released under this brand to 100 % in Germany following the strict guidelines of manufacturing control of the BVK.
       为了建立信任，BVK已经介绍了通过BVK认证的德国制造品牌。 所有在德国公布通过认证的钢琴制造品牌是100%遵照BVK生产控制的严格方针。

     The application to this certification is voluntarily. The BVK will control the production of the applicant continuously. This certificate is also supported by the AHK ( chamber of commerce and foreign trade of Germany).

       All members of the BVK are listed on our web page. This also includes manufactures, suppliers and manufactures of piano parts.

       The certified brand and the manufacture of this brand are listed separately on the web page and the official page of the AHK in China.

       The BVK has not published any list of pianos or brand names made outside of Germany using German brand names or intend to be a German pianos. Anyway if the BVK shall feel that this step is necessary in order to protect the interest of German made pianos the BVK might publish a list where the information of brand names and there origin is made available for the public and consumers and to build transparency.
       BVK当然目前还没有发布任何在德国以外生产的用德国品牌名字的钢琴或打算成为德国钢琴的名单. 但是如果BVK觉得为保护德国制造钢琴的利益，需要走出这一步是必要的话，BVK有可能会向公众和消费者发布一个这样的名单，包括品牌，产地的信息以便公众更加透明。

     The Piano Book by Larry Fine already published this information where consumers could look up most the OEM brands along with information of their origin.
        由Larry Fine 出版的钢琴书籍已经公布了这些真实信息。国内的消费者在那里可以查到大多数贴牌和它们的真实产地。

     Please also note: The BDK which is the organization of piano technicians , tuners etc. is a different organization and does not represent any of the Manufactures.
        同时提醒注意：BDK仅仅是由钢琴技师和调律师等组成的协会，跟我们是一个不同的组织，他们不代表任何制造商。

     We are proud to know you on our side and would certainly like to build a closer relationship with your organization. I hope that we could have a meeting during the Music China Show in Shanghai to discuss all this matters.

        中国山寨仿冒德国钢琴打假行动上升到另一个高度。感谢中国乐器协会的立场和参与支持以及对造假贩假者的谴责。

     但这个事情才刚开始而已, 德国钢琴协会的真实表述意图是"尚未在BVK官网上公布中国仿冒钢琴企业和品牌的名单"的意思。但大家是否都疏忽了绅士的德国人后面的话的意思?"假如德国钢琴协会认为有必要的时候, 我们会再次公布这样的一个名单, 以便增加消费者了解真正的原产地和增加透明度"。

     大家明白什么是"再次公布"的意思了吧? 没有曾经, 何来再次? 所以估计未来三天就会有重大打假爆炸性新闻的。看来造假和贩假者你们都先别高枕无忧! 耐心等待吧。德国打假闪电战正式拉开帷幕。
